Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the UI Fix add-on provided by Polaflex Media LTD. By authenticating and using UI Fix, you agree to them. Your purchase and membership are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms.

1. Licence

Subject to these terms and while your qualifying Patreon membership (or valid redemption code) remains active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use UI Fix on your own devices, up to the device limit applied to your account.

2. What you may not do

Share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute UI Fix, your licence, or any redemption code.
Share your account or device access to give unlicensed people access to the software.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or authentication system.
Use UI Fix unlawfully, or in any way that disrupts or abuses the service or its infrastructure.

3. Access & payments

Access to UI Fix is provided through Patreon membership or a redemption code we issue. All payments are processed by Patreon under their terms, and we never see or handle your payment card details. Your eligibility for access depends on your membership status as reported by Patreon.

4. Device limits, suspension & revocation

Each account may activate UI Fix on a limited number of devices. We may suspend or revoke access where these terms are breached, where a payment is reversed or charged back, where fraud or abuse is detected, or where a membership lapses. In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or revoke any licence at any time and for any reason; where practical, we will let you know. Revocation typically takes effect the next time the software re-checks its licence.

5. Availability

UI Fix and its authentication service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaflex Media LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of UI Fix. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if your qualifying membership ends or if you breach these terms. You may stop using UI Fix at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.
